For your edification, a random archive of progress (or un-progress) in Social Media circa 2010. NB: Social Media will not save our marketing lives. It is, however, important - it changes what we do. Just how important is TBC, but rest assured in x5 years time Social Media will be run-of-the-mill normal and futurology will have moved on. Have faith in this point, we've been here before.
